Provide coaching/feedback to the specialist. Review random work of specialist to ensure correct processing was done. Handle distribution/utilization of people based on the number of work due for the day. Attends client meeting weekly and have direct contact to the client for any business needs. Provide refresher training if necessary.
Attended process training in the US for almost 3months. I report directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
