I started my employment journey back in February 2019 where I briefly worked as an Administrative Assistant for 8 months while awaiting college graduation.
In October of 2019, I then begun my journey in the Customer Service field starting as a representative taking inbound phone calls for a retail account where I focus on providing exceptional service and support to ensure customers are happy and ending the call with a smile.
After a lot of time and effort, I was able to take the next step and became a Senior Subject Matter Expert and then became a Team Leader Trainee.
With my years in the Customer Service field, I was able to mold my skills that are sure to be of great help to you as well!
