I am well-versed in processing orders and documents faxed from the clinic to cater to the patient's needs. I communicate with patients regarding the referral of their medical doctor. Attending to inbound calls from patients, doctors, and nurses from hospitals and clinics is one of my daily tasks as well. I create sales orders according to the doctor’s referral. I am also knowledgeable in verifying eligibility and benefits of a patient's insurance through calls and/or web-based tools intended for the patient's insurance such as Availity, One Health Portal and Noridian Medicare if needed.
I have the experience in upskilling and coaching employees to meet the target and desired standards in an ESL company. I am also capable of training newly hired employees. I analyze data of employees to arrest areas for improvement. I can create different kinds of materials to help employees improve and/or maintain the skills required in the operations.
I also dabble in our Fire and Safety family business. I oversee personnel in accomplishing project-based tasks. Ensuring personnel are adhering to safety protocols during manufacture is one of my tasks as well. I keep track of employee-related documentations such as performance evaluation according to DTI-BPS guidelines.
