I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science
in Information Technology. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable
experience in two diverse roles - as a Customer Service
Representative and a Patient Services Representative.
In my pursuit of professional growth and diversification, I am
currently focused on expanding my horizons as a General Virtual
Assistant and Medical Virtual Assistant. I am actively engaged in
workshops and training to enhance my proficiency in both fields.
