Accounts Payable Specialist II | Collections Specialist | Customer Service Representative
I'm a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist motivated to meet supplier and client expectations. I have been tasked to do the following tasks: review and verify invoices from different vendors for accuracy and completeness, enter all invoice details into our system IFS Applications 10, assist in resolving discrepancies and issues with vendors, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices, and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.

As a Collections Specialist, we collate source data such as customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information and enter data into various customer service software, understand and able to meet all company KPIs such as the kept dollar, kept number, handling time, promise rate, pay rate, broken rate, quality score, and wrong party contact rate every month, and able to setup desktop, headphones, microphones, skype and zoom, or any other chat client service to converse with customers.
