Setting up all client interview stages and conducting man-the-booth call before every client interview starts between the client and the candidate Tracking metrics on a daily basis to make sure that we’re still on the right track - from Time to kick off, Salary budget, Time to close
Managing over all selection and interview process from beginning up to the end.
Keeping both the candidates and clients warm by providing updates in a timely manner - candidates updates for the status of their application and client updates to make sure we’re still on the same page and on the right track; maintaining both candidate and client satisfaction
Presenting of qualified and quality candidates to the client by each assigned project and make sure to provide them good leads
