Hi. Im Joan May de Lumen. Im currently working as Healthcare Associate wherein Im responsible in processing patients' documents that are need for their orders in accordance of HIPAA compliance
standard.Im also responsible in contacting Doctor facilities based on their restrictions to obtain necessary documents for the patients. Im also responsible for responding to client's inquiries and providing
email endorsements. Doing back office works and outbound phone calls are my responsibilities.
By these experiences, I was able to handle under pressure, speed and efficiency to handle multiple tasks. I also have the skills in creative problem solving and organizational skills. Also patience, active listening and adaptability are also the qualifications I adapted. Im also have this passion for learning where in Im always have this mindset the eagerness to learn new things and improve my skills, qualities and qualifications.
