Quality & Data Analyst | Excel • SQL • Data Quality • Reporting

I’m a BS Information Technology graduate and Quality Analyst Apprentice with hands-on experience in quality assurance, data analysis, Excel reporting, data validation, root cause analysis, and process improvement. I also have a technical background in SQL, MySQL, web development, and backend application development.

In my current role at HCLTech, I support four data projects where I audit and validate outputs, analyze quality and performance data, identify trends and recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain dashboards and reporting trackers. The teams I support have consistently maintained monthly quality scores of 90% or higher.

DATA & REPORTING

I work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for cleaning, organizing, validating, analyzing, and reporting data. My experience includes PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF/IFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, charts, dashboards, and automated spreadsheet workflows.

I also extract and consolidate data from CSV and Excel files, maintain performance trackers, analyze weekly and monthly results, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

My QA experience includes quality auditing, returns validation, root cause analysis, documentation, guideline compliance, trend analysis, and identifying recurring quality issues.

I also serve as an SME for my assigned team, providing clarifications and participating in quality huddles, coaching sessions, and calibrations to improve consistency and performance.

TECHNICAL & DEVELOPMENT

I have a foundation in SQL, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and database management.

For our college capstone project, CAREMAP: An Interactive Clinic Finder with Appointment System, I primarily worked on backend functionality, database-driven features, troubleshooting, and feature development. I also implemented Leaflet mapping and SMS integration. The project was selected for our university Research Forum, where our team received the Best Presenters award.

I enjoy troubleshooting, working with data, improving processes, and finding technical solutions to repetitive problems. I’m particularly interested in opportunities involving:
