Responsible for end-to-end process of new product development.
Designs and develops new products based on established concepts.
Develops and maintains project plans, identifies risks and contingency plans, and allocates resources required for new products.
Optimizes formulations to achieve product profile, regulatory and target customer requirements, and target product cost.
Leads re-engineering of products to improve quality and market acceptability, process and/or cost efficiency.
Conducts Benchmarking Evaluation to monitor product and market fit and to identify are-as for improvement and opportunities for new products.
Conducts Consumer Insights to ensure customer-focused new products.
Prepares documents required for product registration with FDA.
