I have 10 years of Learning Management System (LMS) administration and product management experience. During this time, I consider leading the update of organizational LMS from Plateau to SuccessFactors, integrating the LMS with the HR Information System and integrating web conferencing tool with the LMS as my top three accomplishments in the field of Learning Technology. In terms of distance education management, I standardized organizational process for uploading and managing courses in the LMS; utilize industry standard for instructional design and course development using Brainshark platform; and in-charge of online course deployment to organizational LMS.
I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Development Communication, major in Educational Communication; a licensed professional teacher for Secondary Education; completed two graduate certificate programs – Graduate Certificate in Distance Education and Certificate in Teaching Program; and an HR Technology practitioner with SAP Product Knowledge certificate as SAP SuccessFactors Learning Expert (SFX).
