I have been working the phones for 9 years, I have experience with customer service, technical support, logistics, inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, sales development, and as an area manager with a job role similar to an executive VAI continuously learn to add more to my skillset, I am currently taking information technology as my 2nd degree to serve my clients better. Some softwares I am familiar with are CRM systems, G suite, Slack, Salesforce, Tableau, Pencil project, Microsoft Office, Wix, Figma, and Wordpress.
