I started my career in IT as an Associate Software Engineer, where I learned the technical foundation and how systems work behind the scenes. After that, I became an IT Generalist, which helped me gain wider knowledge in different areas of IT and become more flexible in handling tasks.
I then worked as an Associate Service Desk for almost two years. In that role, I handled user concerns, resolved incidents, and learned how important patience, communication, and empathy are when supporting people. It really helped me grow not just technically, but also professionally.
I am now working as an Incident Coordinator for 5 months. Aside from managing and coordinating major incidents, I also handle extra responsibilities like Data Analysis and Quality Assurance tasks, which mostly involve reporting and working with Excel. I make sure reports are accurate, organized, and helpful for decision-making.
On top of my full-time role, I also work part-time as a QA Tester. This allows me to continuously improve my attention to detail and ensure systems are working properly before deployment.
I am hardworking, reliable, and always willing to learn new things. I value teamwork, accountability, and doing my best in every task assigned to me. I am continuously looking for opportunities to grow and improve in my IT career.
