I am a Learning Catalyst with over 8 years experience in various facets of training and development. Most notably, I have been involved in programs focused on teaching multiple products and sales skills. Apart from that, I am a born facilitator of soft skills training and self-awareness programs over the years. As a supervisor, I have experience in managing Team Leaders for our various agency sectors in the Philippines. My most notable contribution in work are people management, program development and Facilitation.
