Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) and Estimator with over six years of experience across civil infrastructure, land development and building projects in Australia, the United States and the Philippines.
ESTIMATING. I prepare quantity takeoffs, cost plans and bid submissions for projects valued from USD 500K to USD 10M — bulk earthworks, roadworks, pavements, curb and gutter, storm drainage, site utilities, foundation and retaining wall works. I have priced commercial duplex, multi-family residential and civil infrastructure work for city, county and Caltrans-funded projects, and I have led an estimating team, trained junior estimators and built the standardized cost templates they work from.
PROJECT DELIVERY. On the execution side I oversee subcontractor scopes of work, draft subcontracts, prepare contract documents, review submittals before Owner and Architect review, and handle RFIs, change orders, purchase orders and progress billing.
FIELD BACKGROUND. Before working remotely I ran projects on site. I delivered four resort villas in Siargao end to end — design, planning, permits, construction and turnover — and completed three two-storey residential buildings taken over mid-construction. As site civil engineer on a 160-hectare high-end residential subdivision I delivered bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, water lines and the clubhouse.
