1. Assist in the checking and assessment of the required documents of agency appointed personnel for submission to the Civil Service Commission;
2. In charge of the validation of the applicable CSC Eligibility, PRC Licensure Examination results and Bar Results from the Civil Service Eligibility Verification System, PRC Licensure Examination and Registration Information System and Lawyer’s List of the Supreme Court respectively;
3. Perform data capture, lay-out and printing of Agency Identification Cards of the agency;
4. Prepare and layout notice of newly appointed/promoted personnel of the agency, and layout individual digital posters of vacant positions for uploading in the official Facebook Page and for posting in the bulletin board of the agency premises;
5. Frontline personnel for walk-in inquiries and received applications from job seekers; and
6. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
