I am determined, hardworking, and has adaptability to changes. I always ensure that I put more than what's expected for me as part of learning and not just a job description. I have been in an international bank customer service company for almost 13 years. I believe that my expertise in people management, quality assurance, customer service, time management can contribute to the company that I will be working with.
