I've been doing technical work for 8+ years: enterprise support at Oracle NetSuite and Infor, software development, and full system implementations. These days most of my work is building AI-powered automations with n8n, Power Automate, and Claude, plus custom apps when an off-the-shelf tool won't do the job.
WHAT I'VE BUILT RECENTLY
- A clinic management system for a dental practice that was still tracking patient recalls in a logbook. Appointments, automated recall reminders over Messenger/Telegram/Viber, invoicing, GCash and bank payments, and daily sales summaries. Fully cloud-hosted and phone-friendly, because brownouts had killed their previous system.
- An AI support chatbot built on a RAG pipeline in n8n — answers customer questions from the business's own knowledge base and hands off to a human when it can't.
- A social media auto-poster that publishes from a Google Sheets content calendar to Facebook and Instagram on a fixed schedule, running at zero monthly cost.
- An escalation workflow at Infor that replaced a manual Excel hand-off with Forms → Power Automate → SharePoint → Teams, plus a live dashboard for team leads. Approved by a Senior Director; Phase 2 auto-creates Jira tickets through the API.
- An internal AI workspace connecting ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and GitLab so support analysts can handle cases from one place. I was selected as one of four champions for it and I run the team enablement session.
HOW I WORK
I start by asking what actually breaks in your process, not what software you want. Then I scope it, build it, test it, and train your people on it. I'm a Certified Scrum Master and I used to lead software rollouts for government agencies, so handover and training are part of the job, not an afterthought.
I'm also comfortable debugging automations and integrations I didn't build. A lot of my support background was exactly that — figuring out why someone else's script or integration stopped working.
