I have been working online for 11 years as a General Virtual Assistant to various US and Australian clients. As a GVA, I was responsible in handling emails and would sometimes make calls to clients. I was also in charge of the billing management maintaining up to date accounts and general financials. As a virtual assistant I do administrative, technical and sometimes sales or marketing tasks for a business. I have also worked in different BPO companies.
