Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. Here is a quick overview about me.
Currently, I am working as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a work-from-home setup for an Australian outsourcing company who services Australian financial planning practices. My job is to ensure quality of advice documents written by paraplanners and make sure these documents adhere to the standards of the company, licensee, and the laws and regulations that cover Australian financial planning. Aside from this, I also ensure quality of the document in terms of grammar, formatting, spelling, and even punctuation.
I previously worked at a bank as a service associate whose function is to process banking transactions and opening of savings accounts which require accurate encoding of client information to the banking systems software.
My line of work has helped me hone skills such as attention to detail, error detection, being tech savvy, organized, and resourceful. I also pride myself with genuine customer service and integrity with doing any task assigned to me.
As I am new to freelancing, I am initially looking for jobs such as data entry, data clean up, calendar management, email management, document preparation, and the like. However, I am willing to take on other jobs as I am a coachable individual who is a quick learner and is very much willing to learn.
