Through my contributions in graphic designing, video editing, social media management, social media asset creation,
event organization, and the management of the company's online store, I played a crucial role in empowering Loan Officers to find more clients. By enhancing their marketing strategies and launching multiple projects within the Good Vibe Squad, we successfully enabled Loan Officers to amplify their presence, engage with their target audience, and ultimately grow their business.
I have been a product manager for an online personalization store and seven dropshipping stores using Shopify before my previews work too. I am responsible for searching products, adding all product data and variables, editing and resizing the images, doing SEO, writing product descriptions, generating social media interactions on Facebook and Instagram. Generally, I have been responsible for upkeeping the online store. I was also responsible for fulfilling orders via Oberlo, tracking orders and making sure that all the orders have been fulfilled until it reached the delivery destination. I also have a very good product research experience using different tools to find a winning product to sell.
I've also done quite a bit of work as a virtual assistant and as an email tech support representative. I am very knowledgeable in Shopify and Google docs that I often use for my product manager and virtual assistant position. I have excellent communication relationship building skills, people management, and customer service skills due to my experience in managing a wellness spa. I also enjoy and thrive in handling and planning all sorts of events which I think is an important skill to have. I also have a background in photoshop which I use for the personalization of products that I upload in Shopify. I have experience in working with Wordpress, though I don't consider myself an expert, it is an ongoing learning process.
