My experience includes seismic retrofit scopes such as wall anchorage, subpurlin rod systems, and continuity ties, as well as tenant improvements and finishes including stucco, EIFS, drywall, and metal framing across US-based projects. I understand the level of detail, coordination, and compliance required for these scopes, especially in high-risk and highly regulated environments.
I am proficient in PlanSwift and Bluebeam, delivering accurate and efficient takeoffs aligned with real-world construction conditions. My background includes working with large-scale projects under a PCAB AAAA contractor, supporting high-rise residential developments, hospitals, and data centers—giving me strong exposure to complex, multidisciplinary builds.
As a Licensed Civil Engineer and Master Plumber (PRC) and Technical Member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS), I bring both technical credibility and practical site-aware insight. I am currently further strengthening my expertise through a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (HNDQS).
