Hi, my name is Angelo Gabriel Arias or simply call me AG
I have two bachelor’s degrees, with a background in Multimedia and Interior Design. I originally pursued these fields because I wanted to contribute to our family business, which focuses on house construction and real estate property management. Growing up in that environment gave me practical experience in different areas of business. I was trained by my father, who was a Civil Engineer, and through the years I gained hands-on experience in bookkeeping, data entry, marketing, operations, management, and human resources. Our family business is still ongoing today, where we continue to oversee current and upcoming projects.
Professionally, I have more than 15 years of combined experience in customer service, operations, technical support, customer success, and administrative functions, including more than 8 years in the call center and BPO industry.
Throughout my career, I have handled a wide range of accounts and responsibilities, including financial and technical support for DirecTV and DISH Network, driver support for Uber, airline ticketing for US Airways, retail support for Lazada RedMart, healthcare and financial services through CareCredit and Synchrony, and client support and technical operations through VHT/Matterport. I have also gained experience supporting clients in Medicare, fintech, and other customer-focused environments.
These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in customer communication, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, account management, data entry, administrative support, project coordination, and handling clients professionally even in stressful situations. I have learned how important it is to listen carefully, understand the customer's needs, take ownership of an issue, and make sure the person feels that their concern is being properly handled.
Working in customer service and operations has also made me more confident, proactive, and engaging when communicating with different types of people. At the same time, my experience in our family business taught me the importance of accountability, teamwork, adaptability, and understanding how different parts of a business work together.
At this stage of my career, I am looking for an opportunity where I can use my experience while continuing to grow professionally. I am particularly interested in a remote or work-from-home position because it allows me to be more productive with my time and energy. Instead of spending several hours commuting, I can use that time to focus on my responsibilities, be more available for work, and maintain a better level of productivity.
I also genuinely enjoy communicating with people. Whether it is assisting a customer, supporting a team, coordinating a project, or solving a problem, I enjoy being in a role where I can contribute and make things easier for others.
I believe my combination of customer service, operations, technical support, administrative experience, business exposure, and strong communication skills would allow me to contribute positively to your organization.
