I am good in multi-tasking. Aside from taking escalations, I also handled payroll, sanctions, huddles, and real-time support or assistance for my agents, monitor and forecast, and attends calibration meetings to check product specific information given to escalated calls are correct and if quality is present on the call.
I was also awarded for my listening skills for being able to provide excellent and effortless customer experience before I got promoted as a team leader.
Lastly, I am optimistic. I am a very positive person. Wherever I go and with whatever I do, I always think of every thing's positive side as I also do believe that doing so will give me a positive result in everything.
