I have been a service desk analyst for different companies like Partnersgroup, RingCentral and Comfort Medical.
For a total of more than 5 years, I have been supporting users with their technical concerns in a call center / private company setting. I have been doing software and hardware troubleshooting. Aside from that I am also experienced in windows active directories, microsoft azure ad, intune mdm, microsoft 365, ticketing products like service now, freshservice, jira, etc., and other SaaS products.
Though it is not one of my main job description, I am also well informed in the likes of networking, cyber security and linux.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for a job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
