2) Performs test-user acceptance testing, ensuring that software systems, applica-tions, and other devices function efficiently and accurately.
3) Support software upgrade on various platform/management system to enhance the security, capability, and compatibility.
4) Assisting and supporting Vendor in extracting logs and documents for RCA ( Root Cause Analysis) to identify the problem of the system.
5) WAN/LAN monitoring and support for 300+ stores using Solarwinds and Service Desk
6) Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in house servers.
