At the age of 21 years old I started to become data entry professional as my first job experience. I lasted in my first job for 7 years and 10 months to be exact. This job experience helped me improve my skills on my chosen field just like when my immediate superior took her maternity leave where she entrusted to me most of her tasks. Most of those tasks where new to me but through persistence and determination I studied those tasks, comply the duty and refer to my superior my output for her to check if I'm doing it correctly until I got it right. I also had the chance to be a Government Compliance Officer wherein basically my duty is to process government related permits and licenses despite for a short period of time only before I d----------- to transfer to other company to be a Human Resources Officer (HRO). To be a HRO my primary duty is to process the mandatory benefits of the employees in our company. To secure that these mandatory benefits were complied and no lapses is very important during that time. Monitoring the employees leave credits is also part of my duty, also processing the separated employee's quitclaims and securing it's requirements prior to its releasing is also one of my job. This job experience lasted for 6 months before I transferred to a private company wherein their nature of business is importing, storing and distributing of Liquefied Petroleum Gases and industrial gases. In this company I was tasked to be a Sales Center Clerk where basically my primary task is to secure that stocks and sales for the day is intact. Consolidating vital reports of other parameters related to the operation and submitting it on time. Currently I was transferred as Internal Auditor Staff on the same company. My duty is to ensure that every employee follows the company policy. In the event of any violations we need to prepare i----------- reports as basis for any sanction if needed.
