I gained a good customer service and communcation skills, of course I ventured on BPO industry for almost 9 years where I help the client's issues to be solved or any concerns that they would want us to escalate it, and maybe targeting improvements. I am new in the field of social media management but I have been heavily involved in digital marketing campaigns with an emphasis on organic posting and analyzing results to better a target demographic. I look forward to employing my ability to learn new technologies quickly along with my customer-needs discovery skills in this fast-growing domain. I am a Social Media minor and ready to bring a new point of view, while also one hundred percent prepared to perform for the social media team.
