I have more than 15 years of experience in the Administrative and Data Management field. I am highly organized, with great attention to details and goal oriented.
My work experience in Japanese companies as Data Controller and Management Systems Coordinator enhanced my efficiency, accuracy and creativity, characteristics which were evident through my outputs.
My knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows OS and other applications was highly beneficial in the achievement of the goals of the companies I worked with. I developed databases using Microsoft Access, which provided essential reports on the company's KPIs efficiently and on time.
My current position as an Admin and Operation's Coordinator, gave me the opportunity to use extensively MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Access, in handling and analyzing the company's data and records in the fields of Accounting and Finance, Operations and Human Resources as well as Business Planning and Sales.
My job also requires great communication skills in order to effectively coordinate and execute the management plans. Additionally, I can deal and speak with everyone in all levels of the organization, regardless of the individual culture and personalities.
