I am a dedicated accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and earned my Civil Service Professional eligibility, which I attained in 2019. With nearly two years of experience as a bank teller, I developed strong skills in handling financial transactions, customer service, and compliance with banking regulations. Currently, I am working in the General Accounting Department at Pag-IBIG Fund, where I apply my expertise in accounting processes, financial reporting, and data analysis. My attention to detail and commitment to efficiency have consistently contributed to the smooth functioning of financial operations.
In my role as a Management and Technical Support Assistant, I am responsible for preparing daily proof sheets and batch sheets andproviding technical support for the cleanup of accounting balances.
I have also worked at Card MRI Rizal Bank Inc., a Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank. Its main objective is to build a sustainable financial institution that is owned and controlled by landless, rural women by continuously providing them the access to financial services.
As a Teller, I was responsible for handling monetary transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments where I ensured the accuracy of every transaction. I was also responsible for assessing loan applications, verifying client information, and ensuring compliance with the bank policies and regulations. My attention to detail, combined with my ability to build strong relationships with clients, has consistently resulted in high levels of customer satisfaction.
