I conduct training needs analysis, develop training materials based on operational requirements, develop and design online contents and instructional materials, manage ISO documentation, facilitate classroom training to local audiences and virtual to global markets, create a competency-based assessment checklist, facilitate coaching and feedback sessions, manage the-----------day performance of the frontlines, assess trainees performance, and provide support in addressing the staff's opportunities towards continuous improvement, focussing on product and process specifics, customer experience, and sales topics.
