I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for almost 5 years now. I've been a Customer Service Representative and I've grown enough in this industry. Prior to joining BPO, I worked for Team Leader as a Manager and Jollibee Foods Corp. for 8 years. With these experiences, I'm equipped in handling all of customer service relations.
What I love about being in the front line of business, is the passion that I'm living helping the customers make their lives easier. With the vast e-commerce companies, I want to gain more knowledge and willingly share my best practices.
