I am reliable and efficient in managing my work, is able to coach and mentor employees especially being a process trainer who had taught them about the product and process. Provided positive and negative feedback to employees in order for them to know where they can improve. I am also great with customer service since we do imply to have a customer centric environment. I can easily learn with minimal supervision, organized in every part of tools and multi-tasking as part of my strength.
