I've been in the BPO industry for 11 years, 6 years as a content moderator and 5 years as a CSR under Amazon. My role from being a Content Moderator is to make sure that the user generated platform is safe from fraud, malicious and inappropriate content, to ensure that it meets certain policies and standards. While as a CSR, I am the one that is responsible for answering the customer's queries via chat and e-mail regarding a product on Amazon and helping them to place, return, refund or replace an order and even contacting the courier on behalf of the customer.
