Quality Assurance Analyst:
Daily monitoring of AI Bots if functioning as per design. I call out errors, review the volume impacted and recommend improvements to the Development Tea. I also participate in meetings during Bot Builds, whenever there are new Bots to be built, which also includes User-Testing before launching said Bots in Operations. I collaborate with a wide spectrum of group of people from Peers, Project Managers to Development Team.
Data Analyst:
Part of being a Quality Analyst is the ability to interpret and present data. I am able to utilize MS Excel efficiently in terms of analyzing data and pointing out specific trends and highlights in the given data that needs attention.
Customer Service Representative:
I have been on the phones assisting customers about their respective needs. I have worked as a Fraud Investigator attending customers with unauthorized transactions on their accounts. Part of the job would be reaching out customers to gather information as well as to the merchants involved in the said transactions in question. After such, I provide resolution that would benefit the customer, without sacrificing the company's guidelines, reputation and integrity.
