As a Statistician and Report Specialist, much of my tasks were using Excel and maintaining database. I acquired knowledge on MS Excel particularly in using functions and formulas. I learned to use hot keys or shortcut keys also, needed to be efficient at work.
While working as a Walmart online store supervisor, my tasks included Customer Service via chat. I handled an average of 10 chat messages every day per store. To be able to answer or help the customers in any inquiries was fulfilling to me. I was also responsible for the Order Fulfillment.
I am extremely
motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am
determined to deliver tasks laid in front of me. I am result driven and I work
hard to be efficient in whatever I do to achieve quality results.
