I have studied basic dental anatomy, Dentistry 101, attending dental missions for the past 2 years and setting appointments for American patients. I've been a team leader for 2 years with knowledge on how to verify private insurances and Medicaid. I also have idea on how to read EOB and sending claims, checking operation reports, knows how to escalate patients complain, have knowledge on how to read dental codes and dental terminology, I have the ability to encourage patients in continuing their treatment plans in order to boost production. I know how to handle pressure and develop strategies that can help in order to be efficient in my chosen field.
