Glenn F. Alvarez IV is a Master in Information Technology student at AMA University (ongoing) and an IT graduate from Isabela State University. He combines technical expertise with leadership experience gained as an Assistant Manager at Sushi’yal Baliwag, where he managed IT infrastructure, social media, delivery platform integrations, and food safety operations.
Glenn has worked as an Encoder at Santiago Integrated Medical Center, handling patient data, technical support, and procurement documents. During his work immersion at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), he contributed to web and app development, technical support, IT asset management, and security policy implementation.
He has built several systems, including eHealth Mate (a medical records system), XLOG (a visitor logging and security system), and MS-CES (a digital client experience survey system). His technical skills include front-end development, UI/UX design, database management, cybersecurity awareness, and administrative support.
Glenn holds certifications from Cisco Networking Academy in Ethical Hacking, Networking Basics, Introduction to Cybersecurity, and IoT & Digital Transformation. He is fluent in English and Filipino, and is committed to building scalable, user-friendly applications while continuously learning emerging technologies.
