I’m comfortable managing cases with Amazon, resolving catalog and inventory issues, and coordinating with internal teams to keep listings accurate and active.
2. Listing Optimization & Maintenance
I update titles, bullets, backend keywords, and A+ content using tools like Helium 10, ensuring listings stay compliant, searchable, and conversion-friendly, especially during range updates or catalog cleanups.
3. PPC Assistant Support
I support PPC execution by setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, identifying search terms and keywords, adjusting bids based on guidance, and preparing clear performance summaries. I work closely with PPC managers or follow established strategies to ensure ads are running efficiently.
4. Inventory, FBA & Reporting
I manage FBA shipments, restock planning, and inbound investigations, and I track sales, inventory levels, and ad performance using simple, easy-to-read reports to support informed decision-making.
I also have experience supporting Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, which helps me understand how Amazon fits into a broader eCommerce operation.
