I have been working in the healthcare sector for over eight years. For more than three of those years, I worked as a provider advocate on the insurance side, helping with patient benefits, authorization, and claims. After that, I was elevated to Tier II, where I handle more serious cases including denied hospital and medical claims. shortly after that, I continue on working for a DME provider, helping with quality control and insurance verification. After that, I received a promotion to Quality Analyst for Accounts Payable, Quality Control, and Reimbursement. I also assist in the account payable invoicing team, where we verify all of the invoices that come from our manufacturing site are accurate before processing payments.
