As a Quantity Surveyor, my work focuses on quantity take-offs, cost estimation, reviewing architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, material assessment, and monitoring project costs. I also coordinate with project teams and clients, prepare and update estimates, and evaluate bidders’ proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and cost-effectiveness.
