I have been working in B2B sales for the SaaS and UCaaS IT industry since 2015. I began as a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) and was later promoted to Sales Account Executive (AE). My responsibilities included nurturing potential business partners, closing sales, and managing accounts.
CRM tools I am proficient in using include HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, Microsoft 365, etc.
