I have five years of experience in the BPO industry, primarily focused on customer service. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to develop my skills in various areas, including training and leadership. Recently, I transitioned into a training role where I was responsible for onboarding and developing over 130 employees for a new business line. This experience not only deepened my understanding of the industry but also allowed me to cultivate my leadership skills as I was later selected to manage my own team, coaching and guiding them to achieve their career goals.
