I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in marketing management. I started in the industry working as a brand assistant for 2.5 years doing marketing stuff like market research, promotions, field work, brand activation, sponsorship, partnership, and selling activities. After that, I shifted to the BPO industry and worked for a total of 7 years. I’ve held positions as a Customer Service Representative, Mentor, Admin Support, Subject Matter Expert, and lastly Operation’s Supervisor. In addition to the skills I’ve gained throughout my work experiences, I’m also able to work with minimal supervision, whether independently or as part of a team. I’m proactive in informing you about the things that you need to know, and I don’t hesitate to ask questions when something confuses or concerns me. I’m very open to feedback, collaborative in nature, friendly, understanding, patient, and can work well with a team.
