ADMINISTRATIVE TASK:
- Provides administrative support to the Human Resource and Communication Teams by responding to mails inside/outside in line with the concern of every department and employees in a timely manner.
- Organized and maintains admin files and records. Very keen to details.
- Generates and prepares HRLR reports.
- Creating and sending weekly reports using excel, word, power point presentation and company owned tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- Responsible for the daily administration of general policies and program labor relations.
- Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
- Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer and ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
- Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, Admin Invites, etc.)
- Handles and mediates employee disputes.
- Assist every employee’s concern from general, compensation and other process.
RECRUITMENT TASKS HANDLED:
- Handles end to end recruitment process. From sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with clients and HR business partners to determine future recruitment needs.
- Account management - fulfill open vacancies per account.
- Responsible in meeting the target quota for the team.
- Participating and organizing recruitment activities.
