I have 5 years of experience working in a BPO company as Payment Poster, my responsibilities include posting insurance and patient payments to patient's account on a specific accounting tools. Process Medicare, Commercial Insurance and Patient's Refund. Apply cash, check, Explanation of Benefits, EFT, Lockbox and pharmacy payments. Update Sales Order. Call Medicare to follow up denied payments. I also have experienced in General Accounting and Administrative work.
