I have been working as a service crew member in the food industry for five years. I was assigned as CSR in our Delivery Station wherein I was the one who answered phone calls and took customer orders and did suggestive selling. I also handle the delivery complaints. After a year I was promoted to Team Leader and assigned to be the one to do the Applicant Screening. After working in the Customer Service Industry I d----------- to do Freelancing, I am a Freelance English tutor now, I teach Kids to Adult about Basic English and help them enhance their English speaking skills.
