I have worked as an HR generalist for 9 months, whereas my tasks were divided into different areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, safety and compliance, training and development so I am knowledgeable of the process. I assist HR supervisor in finding a potential applicant up to the job offer, check each employee compliance to company policies and regulations. I also helps in checking and reporting of government benefits such as SSS, Philhealth and PAGIBIG. Apart from that, maintenance of all databases and 201 filing is my main job description. Most importantly, this organization makes sure that you are happy while you're working so I must that we have a good reward and recognition program.
Aside from Human Resource Staff position, working as a customer service representative helps a lot in developing communication skills and technical skills. Making you more connected with customers that way you can profile them and learn which approach to use.
Though this experience is not long enough, the previous company I worked with can attest that I am fully equipped with all the knowledge and skills to obtain the company's objective.
