My role combines two essential functions: efficient rostering and effective recruitment, ensuring smooth operations and a strong team. I create and manage staff rosters, Schedule staff based on availability and skills, Track employee attendance and time off and Proactively address rostering challenges. I also assist with the recruitment process, Post job openings on relevant platforms, Screen applications and conduct initial interviews. I have a strong ability to identify problems and implement innovative solutions quickly. With my work experiences, I was able to adapt a variety of skills and knowledge to become an effective and efficient employee. I am extremely passionate about the work I do, and I bring this energy to every task I undertake.
