Currently working as a Team Lead - Accountant of a big global Consumer Healthcare Company. Focus is on source to target reconciliations. Collaboratively works with different business partners across North America region (Business unit finance managers, Supply chain, Payroll, Cluster finance managers, IT, Master Date Team, etc) to resolve different interface issues. Resolve voluminous interface errors timely, making sure that source system matches with the target system and any unresolved issues at month and quarter end are appropriately accounted for. Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope. Supports Process Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to ensure cross sector, cross region, and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistency of a global approach. Executes process improvements, generating ideas and implementing for better and faster work turnaround. Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.
I also led on the root cause analysis of common and recurring issues being encountered and resolution to be performed. I also led the standardization project on the interface reconciliation packages. Currently leading process documentations monitoring and standardization.
