In my role, I have honed my skills in troubleshooting, customer support, and technical issue resolution, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding various technologies and systems. However, I am eager to expand my technical expertise and pursue a career in web programming.
Over the past few years, I've developed a deep interest in web development. I am fascinated by how websites and web applications are built and function, and I am keen to learn more about this field. I am particularly interested in acquiring skills in front-end and back-end development, including languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially frameworks like React or Angular for front-end and Node.js.
